Getting Started


This will depend on the size of the clinic you are onboarding. Small clinics can be setup in just a few hours, larger clinics who wish to upload all their data can take up to 2 days.


We aim to do this at a convenient time for your clinic to avoid disruption (usually over the weekend).


We have a dedicated onboarding team that handles the process with you, ensuring a smooth, stress-free transition.

Not a problem, we make switching simple.


Our dedicated onboarding team supports data migration from most platforms and guides you through the entire process with minimal disruption to your clinic.

We aim to ensure a seamless transition so your clinic can continue operating with minimal interruption. We will organise a convenient time with you to transfer your data, this usually happens over a weekend.

  • Monthly: cancel anytime (there will not be a refund for remaining days in that months billing cycle).
  • Annual: you may still cancel at anytime, however there will not be a refund for remaining days in that years billing cycle. You will continue to have access for the full period.
